CALIBRATION OF DRUG TESTING EQUIPMENT

Quick Fix has a stable PH level. It is perfect for the calibration of dipstick PH strips and drug testing. You could also use QuickFix to calibrate a hydrometer due to its stable specific gravity.

PRODUCT TESTING

DIRECTIONS

Quick version: 

1. Verify: check batch code online for authenticity and freshness.
2. Prep heat pad: shake gently, set aside. Heats up in 30 minutes.
3. Shake & Open: twist cap to break seal. Do not add anything. 
4. Heat it up: Microwave to 10 seconds. Green temp dot should appear between 94°F-100°F. 
   1. Too hot (black strip)? Let cool.
   2. Still cold? Reheat in 5 second bursts. Do not overheat; bottle may melt.
5. Secure heat pad: use rubber band included to attach heat pad to bottle. Stays warm up to 5 hours. No microwave? Attach heat pad 1 hour before use. 
6. Final check: confirm temp near 96°F. Shake again - ready to go.

More detail:

Activate heat pad prior to heating up Quick Fix® Plus (may take 30-45 minutes for heat pad to heat up).

Shake the Quick Fix® Plus bottle and microwave on high for 10 seconds. The temperature strip should display a green dot in a range of 94° – 100°F.

If the bottle feels warm in your hand, but is not showing a reading on the temperature strip, the synthetic urine is overheated. Simply let it cool down gradually until you see a reading on the temperature strip.

If the synthetic urine temperature is below 94°, heat again in the microwave for a few more seconds until you see the green dot on the temperature strip between 94° – 100°F.

Now attach the heat pad with the rubber band to the back of the bottle, opposite the temperature strip. This will provide prolonged heat, keeping the bottle warm for approximately five hours on a cold day, or longer on a warm day. 

If you can’t microwave the Quick Fix® Plus, simply attach the hand warmer to bottle at least 1 hour prior to being needed. Shake bottle before and after heating and prior to use.

If your product remains unused, it can be reheated repeatedly as needed.

1. Do not ingest.
2. Always check your batch number in the batch validation tool found on our home page before using the product. Batch numbers are found at the top of the instruction sheet inside the box.
3. Formula 6.4 is the current formula for Quick Fix Plus 3oz. Formula 6.2 is the current formula for Quick Fix 2oz. All pack sizes are the same formulation inside, with different numbers simply relating to the pack size. Formula information is located on the box bottom below the “Contents” description.
