The Hemp Store is near the corner of Karangahape Road and Pitt Street.
K Road runs from Symonds Street in the East, across upper Queen St, to Great North Road and Ponsonby Road at the Western end.
We are about half way along K Road, on the northern side (right above the Karanga-a-hape CLR train station, opposite Family Bar, between Crushes and Samoa House).
Trains: we are directly above the new Karanga-a-hape CRL train station! Take the train then use either exit to get to us. We are centrally located between the two station entry/exits.
Buses: There are heaps of bus services to K Road, including the red CityLink buses (to/from Wynyard Quarter via Queen Street) and the InnerLink bus which travels in a loop via Newmarket and Parnell, through the city centre, and back via Ponsonby.
The WX1 heads out West along the motorway. The 866 bus connects Newmarket and Birkenhead, while the 966 bus connects Newmarket and Albany. From Pitt Street, you can connect to the city centre on the 11T, 11W, 18, 105, 106, 195, or WX1.

Biking/Walking: We are close to the Grafton, Northwestern and Nelson St cycleways and the pink Light Path (Te Ara I Whiti). K Road has safe dedicated bike lanes, and runs along a flat ridge line from Ponsonby to Grafton Bridge. It's a pleasant roll and stroll!
Parking: If you're popping in to grab something, use the 5-minute Loading Zone that is around 20m from our front door (same side of the road, towards Ponsonby). Loading Zones can be used by anyone loading their vehicle, for up to 5 minutes. Just be aware it becomes a Bus Lane at 3pm so don't park there after this time.
Alternatively, on-street parking is usually available near us. Street parking is FREE for the first ten minutes, then $3/hour ($2/hour on weekends). That's all along K Road from 10am-3pm, or try East St or Beresford St for parks close to us. There is also a Wilsons parking building off Cross St/Mercury Lane.
