Free shipping for orders over $95
We process orders Monday to Friday, and aim to dispatch the same day as payment. We will advise by phone or email if we are out of stock, or if there will be a delay for any item.
Deliveries are Monday to Friday, with residential addresses usually earlier in the day. Saturday delivery costs an additional $5.00, please let us know if you require this by writing it in the comments at the checkout ($5 will be added to your order).
We can send orders to P.O. Boxes and RD rural delivery addresses. We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of any returns or non-deliveries.
Signature required
We use CourierPost's signature-required service, so we know you got your order OK. Please provide a delivery address where you will be available in daytime hours to receive the order.
Please see the CourierPost website for additional delivery options including Authority To Leave (ATL - give permission for the courier driver to sign for delivery if you are not home) or Parcel Redirect (have parcels redirected to another address). You'll need to register for a free NZ Post account to use these services.
Age Restricted Delivery for R18 products
All vaping and herbal smoking products are restricted to people aged over 18. This includes electronic cigarettes, dry herb vapes, herbal cigarettes and mixes, rolling papers and accessories, hookahs, pipes and waterpipes.
We use CourierPost's Age Restricted Delivery service for R18 products. An age-restricted R18 sticker will be applied to all courier parcels containing age-restricted products. This sticker indicates to your courier driver that the contents of your parcel are intended for persons aged over 18.
You'll need to use an address where you will be available to receive the order, sign for it, and provide Age ID to the driver if requested. Do not use a PO Box for any R18 products. Authority To Leave is not available for R18 products.
