1. All prices are in New Zealand dollars, and include sales tax (GST) but do not include any applicable freight charges.
2. All sales are for lawful use only. All our products are legal in New Zealand subject to the terms below. Please check the laws in your country before ordering.
3. Sales of some products on this site (such as smoker's supplies and smoking herbs) are restricted by New Zealand law to people aged over 18.
4. By using this site, you certify that you are aged over 18 years old and that any products purchased are intended for lawful purposes only.
5. Under New Zealand law, smoking and vaping equipment may only be sold for tobacco or legal herbal use.
6. We may ask you to provide proof of age before we dispatch an order. This can be a photocopy or fax of your driver's licence, passport of HAANZ 18+ card.
